Everything You Need to Know

Do I need any prior experience with sound healing or somatic work?
No. The Regulated Shift™ is designed to be your entry point. The protocols are progressive and guided — you do not need to know anything about frequency, somatic work, or nervous system science before you begin. Many of our most transformed participants came in completely sceptical.
What if I can't make a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours. You will have access to recordings for 90 days after the cohort ends. That said, the live experience — particularly the group frequency work — is where the deepest shifts tend to happen, so we encourage you to attend live where possible.
How much time does this require each day?
The daily audio protocols are 10–20 minutes. The weekly live sessions are 90 minutes. Beyond that, the work integrates into your existing life — you are not adding a new wellness routine on top of an already full schedule. You are replacing the bracing with something that actually works.
Is this therapy? Do I need to be in a stable place to join?
This is not therapy and does not replace it. The Regulated Shift™ is a somatic education and frequency immersion programme. If you are currently in active crisis or working through acute trauma, we recommend speaking with your therapist first. For most people experiencing chronic dysregulation, burnout, or stress-related exhaustion, this programme is appropriate and effective.
Why is the cohort kept small?
The group frequency work is most potent in a small, intentional container. The cohort size is capped so Amandine can hold the space properly and every participant feels genuinely seen. This is not a webinar. It is a cohort. We will not expand the size.
