You’re the person people rely on. You handle things. You care deeply. You keep going.
And maybe, somewhere between the responsibilities, expectations, relationships and constant decisions, you’ve become less clear about you.
"What do I actually want?"
"What am I tired of carrying?"
"Where am I saying yes when something in me is saying no?"
"Why do I keep repeating patterns I already understand?"
The Regulated Shift™ is a private 10 week journey designed to help you slow down enough to hear yourself again - and begin changing the patterns that keep you over-giving, overriding yourself or living disconnected from what you actually need.
Private • 8 sessions • 10 weeks • Limited availability
High performance often masks systemic nervous system depletion. Recognize where your capacity is quietly leaking.
You are the reliable anchor for everyone else—your business, your team, your family—while quietly running your own nervous system on fumes.
You take time off, meditate, or go on retreats, but the second you step back into your life, your baseline immediately resets to hyper-vigilance.
Chronic decision fatigue, surface-level sleep, unexplainable muscular tension, or an underlying sense that if you slow down, momentum will drop.
You say "yes" out of habit and obligation, swallowing your own capacity to keep the peace or maintain high output.
Many capable women don’t burn out because they’re doing the “wrong” things.
They burn out because they keep carrying what never belonged to them — emotionally, relationally, and internally — long after their body has been asking for something else.
Notice where you keep saying yes past your limit — and what makes “no” feel so hard
Name the patterns of over-giving, over-functioning, and self-abandonment that keep repeating
Practice boundaries you can actually hold — in real conversations, not just in theory
Receive private support shaped around your life and relationships — not a one-size curriculum
This private 10 week container is designed to help you come back to yourself — gently, honestly, and in ways you can sustain.
Not by trying harder. But by learning to stop overriding what you already know.
Private availability is limited so our work can stay spacious, attentive, and truly one-to-one.
Over 10 weeks, we use private sessions, sound, body awareness, and real-life reflection to understand where your capacity is going—and practice new responses that fit your life.
We begin with a comprehensive audit of your energetic baseline, stress triggers, and hidden capacity leaks. You receive your baseline profile and immediate grounding protocols.
Over 10 weeks, we meet for eight private sessions combining acoustic sound techniques with somatic grounding. Together, we work to release physical tension and settle your stress baseline.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to agreed-upon messaging support and selected practices from my guided meditation and sound course to help you integrate what we explore.
Sometimes we’ll use the seven energy centers as a simple framework for reflection — not as a rigid formula, and not as a claim about what “governs” the body.
If this lens resonates, we’ll use it. If it doesn’t, we won’t. The work is still the work: listening, telling the truth, and practicing new responses in real life.

18+ Years in High-Level Digital Leadership & Strategic Facilitation | Certified Somatic Sound Practitioner
I spent nearly two decades navigating high-stakes digital strategy, legislation, and brand development. I know firsthand what it feels like to run a life and career that demands constant output while quietly running your nervous system on fumes.
“I created The Regulated Shift™ because understanding a pattern is not always the same as being able to respond differently when it happens. This work makes room for both insight and embodied practice.”
I bring my experience in demanding strategic roles together with sound, body awareness, and reflective coaching. We explore where you’ve learned to override yourself, then practice choices and boundaries that fit your real life.
Read how recognizing deep-seated patterns created the clarity needed to make entirely different, life-affirming choices.
"For the first time in my life, I felt truly understood without having to over-explain myself. Seeing my recurring cycles laid out so clearly gave me the courage to stop reacting and finally start choosing differently."

Elena Vance
Creative Director
"I was stuck repeating the exact same interpersonal script for years. The insight helped me unmask the root drivers behind my habits and gave me actionable frameworks to pivot in high-stakes conversations."

Maria Smith
Product Strategy Lead
"The shift was almost immediate. Once the blind spots were brought into light, I stopped second-guessing my boundaries and started making decisions aligned with who I actually want to become."

The first step is a brief private-work application so I can understand what you’re navigating and whether my approach may be the right kind of support.
This isn’t a general survey. It’s the beginning of a mutual-fit process.
If it looks like there could be a fit, I’ll invite you to a conversation where we’ll talk about the process, timing, and investment — and you can feel what it would be like to work together.
Takes about 4–5 minutes • No obligation
Everything you need to know about the format, commitment, and application process.
Sound is one tool I use alongside body awareness and reflection. It can offer a pause in which to notice what you’re experiencing; we then explore how those insights apply to choices in your daily life. Your experience may differ from someone else’s.
We’ll meet for eight 60–75 minute private sessions over 10 weeks. You’ll also receive complimentary access to my guided meditation and sound course, organized around the seven energy centers. Each practice is 15–20 minutes; we’ll choose what’s relevant to your work together, and there’s no expectation to complete the whole course or practice every day.
While coaching focuses on mindset and therapy explores personal history, this work focuses on somatic awareness—helping you recognize physical tension and quiet mental noise so that managing stress and honoring capacity feels more approachable.
If it looks like we may be a fit, I’ll invite you to a 45-minute Capacity Conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, what you want to change, and whether my approach is appropriate for you. I’ll explain the process, timing, and investment, and you’ll have space to ask questions. There’s no obligation to enroll.
