A sound bath is a guided meditative experience where crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other resonant instruments wash over your body in layered waves of sound. You don't do anything. You lie down, you let the vibration move through you, and your nervous system does the rest.
I've spent 500+ hours training in sound healing, Reiki, Kundalini, breathwork, and meditation, and I've guided thousands of people through this experience, both online and in person near Smith Rock. When I bring this to your space, it becomes something you and your people will talk about long after the last bowl goes quiet.

Location: Included within Bend and immediate Central Oregon. Outside this radius (Sisters, Redmond, Prineville, and beyond), a small travel fee applies, calculated at booking.
Larger events: If you're planning something bigger than a single private session (a full retreat weekend, a multi-day event, or an ongoing series), reach out directly and I'll put together a custom quote.

Logistics
Everything from travel to setup is handled with care. You provide the space and the people, and I'll bring the experience directly to you.
How far do you travel?
I'm based near Smith Rock in Central Oregon and serve Bend and the surrounding area at no extra cost. Outside that radius, a travel fee applies based on distance, calculated when you request your date.
How many people can attend?
Sessions are built for up to 8 guests at the base rate, with an option to add more. There's no hard cap, larger groups just need a bit more setup space and are quoted per guest.
What should we wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing you can lie down in. If you don't have enough mats, blankets, or cushions for your group, let me know when you book and we'll figure out what's needed.
Can this happen outdoors?
Yes. Many of the most memorable sessions happen outside. We'll just want a flat, quiet space away from major noise.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Weekends and the holiday season fill first, so early booking ensures we can accommodate your preferred time.
What's your cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to hold the date. We offer flexible rescheduling up to 48 hours before the event, and refunds for earlier cancellations. Full details will be provided at booking.
